As a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator Paulita Gordon saw a need in the industry that was not being addressed. Raised in the SNF industry by her mother (a Director of Nurses) she has a passion for the Silent Generation. Starting from the ground up as a Certified Nurse Assistant Ms. Gordon clearly understands what it takes to improve quality of care from a personal aspect. The resident's point of view.
