I needed a haircut the way I wanted it cut and Yolanda did a great job. I brought a picture of what I wanted and she did a nice job.

I had an appointment today 8/31 at 10:30. I was there at 10:10 and the salon was closed. Business time on the door said 10am. I stayed until 10:30 and no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional.
