History

Gatsby's Steakhouse has been the fulfillment of a dream to open a restaurant for my friends and family. A local businessman trying to establish himself among the elite dining locations in a city renowned for it's Steakhouses; with a nod to a classic era of American iconography.

Specialties

We are a local neighborhood steakhouse that, unlike larger chains, caters to what our nearby residents desire in their restaurants. We offer cuts of meats sourced from great farms, seasoned with our own proprietary rub blend, and cooked on the finest kitchen equipment by our Chef Erick Anaya. Our appetizers and sides are classic dishes that you find in many Steakhouses across the world, using recipes inspired by greats like Escoffier, modernized by Bocuse, and made local by Del Grande, Tycer, and Shepard.
