Garland Counseling Center

Garland Counseling Center provides individual counseling, marriage counseling, couple's counseling, adolescent counseling, andfamily counseling for adults and teens ages 13 - 18. We help people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, jobstress, marriage problems, couple problems, relationship problems, grief and loss, ADHD, and life stress.We use cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, grief work and other evidence-based treatments to help peopleresolve and manage these problems.We are in-network with the following insurance: United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan, Optum, Oscar Optum, andAmbetter Superior.We provide in-person or telehealth options for therapy within the state of Texas.We are conveniently located on Interstate 30 in Garland, Texas and serve Garland, Rowlett, Mesquite, Sunnyvale, Forney, and Rockwall.
