The Garden Cafe, within the hotel, offers American fare with a Big Texas flair! Every morning the Garden Cafe opens with a complimentary buffet featuring fresh fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, pastries, juices, southwest potatoes. For those in a hurry, a selection of muffins and pastries and cereals is also available. If you're in a need of a heartier meal or are seeking sausage and bacon to accompany your breakfast, ask to see our A La Carte menu. In the evening, diners have the choice of dining in the Garden Cafe or room service hours 5pm to 10pm and selecting from a quality menu of steaks, and specials OR grabbing a lighter meal and cocktail over on the Safari Lounge Bar side. Breakfast Buffet Hours Monday - Friday: 6:30am-9:30am Sat/Sun: 7am - 10am *Room Service is also available from 5pm to 10pm.
