I am a NASM certified personal trainer, stretch/flexibility coach & BRM. I've been in the fitness industry for the past 5+ years and I enjoy training and uplifting other in maximizing their quality of life by focusing on their health and lifestyle. As a trainer, I am able to engage with my clients and develop targeted programs that will help them feel comfortable, excited, and motivated to work out. We all start somewhere in our journey an I am happy my clients choose me to be a part of theirs.
