Dr. Gabriel Axelrud is a Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist at the Joe Arrington Cancer Research & Treatment Center and serves as Medical Director of the Oncology Service Line at Covenant Health. He also chairs the Radiation Oncology Clinical Specialty Committee at the Providence Cancer & Digestive Health Institute and the Providence Radiation Oncology Clinical Decision Team.
