've been here since May 2020 and have had only nice experiences. The office and maintenance staff are kind and helpful, work orders are always addressed promptly, and the grounds are always clean....

The complex is nice looking/in a good location but is extremely old and is not taken care of. As a result the building has been infested with roaches and I'm not sure why nothing is being done...
