Currently writing this review while deceased and my class ended a half hour ago LOL. It was my first class and it was super fun but HARD. I'm also very out of shape though so that might be it too....

I'm not new to spin classes around Fort Worth...I think I have tried them all. I don't want to be so harsh on this facility because it was only my first time here and I will try another instructor...

Just... gross - the temps plus Texas means it's incredibly humid inside. The fans come on halfway through class (if you're lucky) and would be so much better from the start of class, but its still...

I absolutely love Full Psycle! The instructors are great, all the staff is very friendly, and you get a great workout! I have been going here for about 8 months and I wouldn't want to try any...
