The customer service at this branch is terrible. I would not recommend banking with Frost Bank. Avoid this particular location if you are African American. Very disappointed.

This location is not recommended. The tellers are snobby, unfriendly and seem to be dealing with personal matters on the clock. I will take my financial investments elsewhere.
