Staff are not problem solvers nor critical thinkers which leads to very poor customer service. 1-800 customer service line gives incorrect information. I tried to call to open a Savings Account...

One of the mobile tellers walked all-around flipping her hair and talking WITHOUT A MASK....until she saw me catching her in the act. Careless and does NOT care. Sad that she disregards the value...
