More about Front Street Books Front Street Books is a proud member of the American Booksellers Association ( ABA ) ( www.bookweb.org ), an effective support organization ; and of the American Booksellers Foundation for Freedom of Expression ( ABFFE ), an activist group that works to protect our freedom to publish, read, and sell without interference. We also belong to the Mountains and Plains Independent Booksellers Association, a regional affiliate of the ABA, which convenes in regional trade shows where staff can meet with authors, publishers, sales representatives, and other independent bookdealers. We list hundreds of collectible, often out-of-print, books on www.abebooks.com. Locally, Front Street Books participates in the Alpine Rotary's annual Way-Out-West Texas Book Festival, which takes place in late July/early August ( July 29, 30, 31, 2010 ) at Sul Ross State University campus. The WOW Book Festival supports Rotary International's literacy initiative and contributes significantly to the Alpine Public Library's capital campaign. Cute children's section in the back. Best sellers, non-fiction, thriller, classics, horror, and fantasy just to name a few genres available. They support local events and artists/authors.
