Front Steps

ARCH, also known as the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless is a day care resource center for homeless individuals. The center offers clients access to showers, lockers and laundry facilities. It provides clothing and mail and messaging services. ARCH offers referral and information and case management solutions. The center is managed by Front Steps, which has been operational since 1997. Front Steps provides shelter and permanent housing programs. It also offers skills development and employment resources. The organization provides affordable housing services for individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition, Front Steps offers online donation options. ARCH, through its ARCH Document Bank, provides safe-deposit box for storing various documents, such as driving license, passport and citizenship certificate.
