Fred Loya Insurance

I currently don't have insurance, but am looking to get re-instated by Fred Loya. My problem is that each time I was insured by them, I specifically stated (after setting up automatic payments)...

They are a scam. Terrible customer service terrible service. They collect money and do not pay claims. Beware.
