Gina is spot on about this place. Great for practicing, but the bathrooms are quite scary. If your band is practicing on the first floor,make sure you lock your door while rehearsing. Homeless...

Most vile bathrooms in all of Houston. Most bands practice here. If you are a girl here, bring toilet paper, hand sanitizer and the fumigation mask. Or don't need the bathroom. The rent is decent...
