I have never in my life had a receptionist (Linetta Hall) talk to me like I was stupid on the phone when I was trying to set up my appointment. It was very unprofessional, and she should be fired...

I have never had a receptionist speak to my daughter and myself so unprofessional, rude, loud and condescending. If you have any sort of mental health issues do not see them for counseling
