Leasing manager was absolutely rude and downright snarky. On going problem for weeks now has not been resolved and no communication with tenants. Went to the office and got treated like a child....

To start, this "student housing" has been beyond horrific. From move in day my apartment was NOT move in ready. Several light bulbs were out and broken. There were both dead/live ROACHES , around...
