One of the nurses giving shots is quite rude - she seems to be in a foul mood most of the time - i just zip in get the shot and get out without saying much - to avoid the dressing down I normally...

Dr. Beatty is fine; however, office staff is extremely incompetent and rude. Most of the nurses who give shots are not pleasant either.
