At 25 I was a regional human resources manager and at 27 I was already the general manager of a transnational company, moving quickly in CA leading other companies and teams. In this jorney I discovered the power of strategy, became an expert in Startups and the opening of new and interesting markets. I specialized in C&B, providing consultancies that allow to enhance the productivity of companies through a correct strategic management of HR. Today, after having done so many things, helped many companies and people, and having founded the first company to measure salary and benefits, I finally embark on my own path and become ME!
