Food Concepts International operates a chain of restaurants. It is a parent company of Abuelo's, which that offers a variety of starters, salads, soups, appetizers and desserts and serves Mexican cuisine. It features private and banquet rooms that provide space for 120 guests and provides catering services for private parties and meetings. The restaurant s menu includes shrimp, marinated fajita steaks, Mexican-style rice, tortilla enchiladas, baked quesadillas and beef. Abuelo's serves pasta dishes with roasted tomato cream sauce, scallops, beef tenderloins, tamales, chilies and vegetables. The restaurant also serves house specialty, combination and children s dishes. It provides community support to schools and organizes a variety of events.
