This review is for Food City's Barbacua from the deli. They sell some really good Barbacua and while you are at the store pick up some chile del árbol to prefect the taco.

BEST barbacoa, bolillos, carnitas, and colitas de pavo, and menudo, mmmmmmm. cooked and ready to go.
