My passion is truly Pilates because of the invigorating workouts within the repertoire of exercises. I have been practicing and teaching Pilates for over 10 years after leading fitness classes at local health and fitness facilities. I consider myself a practicing teacher because I am always learning. At Focus Fitness Pilates, our commitment is to provide one-on-one Pilates apparatus training. The sessions involve building a strong core (abdominals, glutes and intrinsic posterior muscles) while strengthening and stretching muscles in gentle transforming ways. Exercises are performed on a mat & spring driven Pilates machines (the reformer, tower unit, chair) along with the Pilates barrel with movement flowing, control & deliberate. Pilates is for everyBody desiring increased flexibility and for those who want to move & work pain-free.
