At FPC We Excel At: 1. Strength Development- Both recreational, improving general fitness and sport-specific high-level development. 2. Movement Skill - In Sport, Olympic Lifting, Functional Movement Patterns, Kettle Bells, Tree Climbing. . 3. Conditioning - Need to be able to perform at short, medium and long time domains. We develop and demystify the science behind aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Regardless of the goal, cardio for fat loss, general conditioning or specific performance enhancement. 4. Mobility/Corrective Exercise - Are you currently injured? Do you feel tight and out of position? Maybe you're concerned about your posture? This is an area of training that we believe can not and must not be neglected. We create and employ a variety of techniques and methodologies to help our clients recover from injury, release built up tension becoming more flexible/mobile, improve resting posture and as of result become more protected from injury and better movers in sport/life. 5. Nutrition - We develop customized educational and developmental programming for a lot of different goals. 6. Life Style Coaching/Development - We've seen clients succeed and fail. Through that experience, we have developed a coaching system and strategies to help you incorporate health and fitness into your life that is both sustainable and long term.
