Hire somewhere else... Replaced my entire upstairs carpet with vinyl. Very expensive job. Installers do not speak English. No communication as to what the install steps are. Floating was not what...

The rep started helping us then answered phone. We wait at least 15min finally we left with him on the phone still. horrible service
