Flipside Wellness was established in 2022 by myself, Keith Wawak-Smith. I started Flipside Wellness as a way to start building up a community for health and wellness topics for people to come to for information and facts so they can make the best educated choices for themselves and the goals they set for themselves.

I am a CPT as well as a certified nutritionist and I am located in central Texas. I enjoy helping others and sharing what I have learned throughout the years and guide them to making the best educated choices to obtain the goals and live the life they are wanting to live.
