Customer service is obviously not there strong suit. Quoting times for pick up for items and then asking you to come back the next day, four times in a row- then refusing to discount their price...

Avoid, they WILL DESTROY/DAMAGE YOUR CLOTHES!!!! Not only were they late on dry cleaning my clothes, they somehow damaged my brand new shirt which has never been washed or dry cleaned before.

I took my reusable bag to drop of my laundry. I got my laundry back with plastic in my reusable bag. I was not happy because my reusable bag is not for show. Thank you.
