Fitness Connection was founded in Austin, TX in 1998 by industry veterans passionate about changing lives through fitness. We have since expanded to over 40 locations across 3 states, without compromising. We were founded on the principal that no one should be priced out of a healthy lifestyle, which is why we strive to make a high-quality fitness experience accessible to all.
