FitBalance is the culmination of many years of teaching and study of movement disciplines ranging from Pilates through Martha Graham technique to skating and biking. We continue in our ongoing adventures of helping people to utilize fitness in achieving a better quality of life and health.

FitBalance Pilates, in partnership with the Nemerov Method of Neuromuscular Therapy, provides safe and comprehensive conditioning for all levels of ability, injury post-rehabilitation, and pain management through balanced and core-centric movement and resistance training. The FitBalance Studio features all the full-size Pilates apparatus, plus an array of small equipment to increase coordination and balance in a private and quiet naturally lit space.
