W O W!!!! If you want a great INTENSE workout, this is the place to be! The group isn't too big so the trainers try to get a little one on one with everyone. I will most definitely be back here....

I attended one of the classes recently and if you want a good intense workout this is the place. There isn't any AC (at least not when I went) so be prepared to sweat. It's so....worth it!
