it used be a great bank for small businesses, but now they don't have good service anymore. anytime I go have to wait for long time, thinking to change my biz bank account.

No, this organization used to service the community, especially the military and military retirees. Now it just serves its management.

I'm disappointed on how long it takes too be seen inside and out. Only two working and seeing employees walking around seeing how long the line is shows how much they don't are for the members....
