I am always pleased with the excellent service I receive from this bank location. Mr. Michael Sotelo was the best bank manager for this bank.

For closing store early!! Sat 11/21/2020 5:30 was closed already Update information so we don't drive long distance to your place just to find your workers closing before closing time

I'll preface to say I'm not a permanent customer of this bank. And after today, I'll remain a non-customer. I needed to withdraw money from their ATM and I was ok paying the transaction fees...

My wife and I were already in the process of leaving this glorified check cashing joint they call a bank when they got rid of 24 hr phone support.... leaving my wife stranded with a disabled...

I love this location Michael Sotelo is so friendly and efficient. He sets a high standard for his bank and other bankers in the DFW metroplex.
