Matthew Turner joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in April 2024. A graduate of The University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Analyst, Matthew holds Series 6, 65, 63 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Texas. Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Matthew serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Randy Mills joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2019, following a 11-year career in the United States Army, where he attained the rank of Captain. Randy understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away. A graduate of United State Military Academy at West Point, NY with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Randy holds Series 7, 66, and 24 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Alabama, Alaska, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Randy is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves. Active in his community, Randy is a member of Travis Manion Foundation and 9/11 Heroes Run. In his free time, Randy enjoys football. John Auger joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 2023, following a 25-year career in the United States Army, where he attained the rank of Major. John understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away. John has Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Washington and Jefferson College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Texas, Florida, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, John serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. His thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables him to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and take full advantage of other benefits. John will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals. Active in his community, John is a member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and watching movies.
