Charlotte Hillegas joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2001. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, Charlotte holds Series 6, 63, 65 and 7 securities licenses plus state life, health and property-and-casualty insurance licenses. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association. Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Charlotte works closely with her clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Charlotte is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey. Charlotte's experience in the field of sports therapy has helped her to understand the challenges that act as barriers to personal success in all aspects of life. She applies these training principles to supporting her clients toward productive, lifelong financial habits. Married with one child, Charlotte enjoys volunteering at her church, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Aaron Dunda joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in October 2012, bringing 3 years of financial services industry experience to the position. Prior to that, Aaron served for 10 years as a Civilian Deputy Sheriff, training first responders and law enforcement personnel. A cool-hand under pressure, Aaron always looks for the safest and most effective resolution in any situation. Aaron holds Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses. Aaron has experience in private business, government, and in corporate America, which uniquely qualifies him to understand and advise clients as they adapt to new lifestyles and as their priorities evolve. Aaron is a proud father of two children, a spirited young daughter and an energetic son. Aaron is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, fishing, archery, hunting and shooting sports. During his spare time, Aaron also enjoys fine art photography and family portrait photography as well as home improvement projects.

Travis Evans joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in October 2019. He is excited about the opportunity to help people make the smart financial decisions that are essential to long-term financial security. Travis holds Series Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66, securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in TX, LA, IN. Travis is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves. In his free time, Travis enjoys basketball, golf, and spending time with family.
