Firestorm Fitcamps evolved from my personal training business, Firestorm Fitness Systems. I began in the business many years ago stemming from a desire to help people achieve their fitness goals with more efficiency and a faster time frame. Basically I wanted to help people get more results in less time. I've studied extensively to be able to provide people with cutting edge systems and techniques that will help them achieve the level of health and fitness they not only want, but deserve.
