Brought my car for service requested...i checked right rear tire with a tech for a patch job... we both found a nail and couldnt patch needed replaced...quoted me for replacement of right rear......

2 stars.... I found out why. And walked into the lobby planning to make an appointment for an oil change. The clerk looked me right in the face and walked out to the garage. After a while I just left.

Never Ever take your car to Firestone. I had an appointment to get a front end alignment done. I dropped it off early for my appointment. They said it would be ready in 2-2.5 hours. 5 hours later...
