Retired, firefighter-paramedic, Battalion Chief Collins Martin, with the help of his wife Cindy, the Assistant Chief, Cook, and Bottle Washer, have transformed a small weekend project into a full-time business. They together, love to cook and entertain, thus being able to add a catering and special event service to Firehouse Fare.
