Fire & Water is the hotel restaurant in the DoubleTree across from UTSA. I don't recommend the burgers here. Wasn't sure if the bar was part of the restaurant or not. Ordered a Bleu Alamo Burger....

The food was okay. I can't speak for the ambiance as I didn't eat there and only ordered room service from them. I would not order wings there again. I ordered wings and carrots to go with them...
