Julie Hamsa has been training in her personal life for over 15 years and has been a CPT for 5 years. In that time she has directed her continuing education towards specific populations under represented in general fitness gyms. She has specialization hours in cancer survivors, muscles imbalance and flexibility, exercise for back pain sufferers and chronic disabilities.
Specialties
We provide Mobile Personal Training to clients in the Cedar Park/ Leander area as well as studio appointments. We have worked with and can provide programs for clients who are just starting, recovering from injury or may be struggling with chronic issues such as back pain, obesity, MS, cancer survivors, and general muscle imbalances. We also have a Senior Health Specialist to direct our seniors and fall prevention classes. While we have small number of group training classes, we specialize in 1-on-1 training.
