I will say that Fetch headquarters in Austin took care of the situation with their Claims Department, and they sent a reimbursement to cover the cost of the package via e-check or virtual card....

This place sucks. Adds time, complexity and confusion to package delivery. They only exist because they save apartment management companies money. I've heard this straight from the horses mouth.
