FedEx never delivers on time. They are by far the worst delivery service. Customer service could care less. They changed a guarantee delivery by 1030 am to 830 pm and told me to live with it.

Why do you have tracking if you do not use it properly? Delivered at the door is NOT acceptable. There are parcel lockers on site and a leasing office you could have left my car seat in, instead...
