Amazing customer service. Very patient and kind and willing to help. Printing and shipping can be stressful, but the staff here went above and beyond to help me out.

I called to ask a few simple questions and the young woman was simply rude. The store closes in three hours so it wasn't a situation of me holding up the store before closing.

This place is horrible. They mismarked a package that I had delivered. Promised next day before noon. Now, I'm told "hopefully in 4 days". Customer service is non existent here. Their phone rang...
