History

We started Faith & Fitness with a vision, a dream...and not much else. We had an extremely small facility and minimal equipment. But because of our care for our clients results and our family friendly atmosphere, we were able to grow continuously month after month. We now operate in a much larger facility, with a growing staff, and new clients coming through our doors everyday. BUT! No matter how much we grow, we pride ourselves in the attention and care we continue to give to every client that steps in our facility!

Faith & Fitness Training provides an atmosphere that focuses not only on fat loss transformations, but on transforming the way our clients see themselves. We push our clients and they get amazing results physically; but we believe changing how our clients speak and see themselves is the ultimate transformation goal!
