there are roaches and ac never worked...get out of bed and my floor is supper wet and room smells ¹

Average. Wi-Fi was weak. Barely works at end of hallway. Rooms and facility was well cared for and neat. Beds were comfy! Would stay here again.

Bathroom was dirty. Toilet seat, disgusting. Called f/d to hv Housekeeping come up to the room and apparently they were off today. Toilet was clogged and they had no maintenance personnel...

The rooms were very nice. We got 2 rooms next to each other, one being a suite. The hotel attendants, Kim and Gabino, were absolutely amazing! The breakfast that Gabino prepared was stocked well...
