Had to go in for a second appointment for something that should have been handled during the first appointment and then got charged again. I was inconvenienced and billed for their incompetence....

Worst experience ever. Went to get an eye exam and was told they don't have the right machine. Put 3 different drops in my eyes. Last one was to dilate my eyes. I couldn't read anything up close...
