Had to come back & update my review. Dr. Gilliam's office manager called me last night and appoligized for how I was treated. They worked me in today and I am very satisfied with the service....

I paid $40 to find out this place had terrible customer service. Do not recommend this place for your ENT medical needs.

Have had great care provided by Dr. Gilliam for myself and my children. She has performed tonsillectomies, ear tube and sinus surgeries for us.
