Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries

Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries is a nonprofit organization that offers a of community support services for people who suffer from developmental disabilities. It serves nearly 1,000 individuals in Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kentucky. Established in 1959, the organization maintains several Medicaid-supported community and group homes to conduct training sessions for the development of independent living skills. Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries provides respite care, money management and family support services. Additionally, it offers several employment opportunities, as well as assistance with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, eating, meal preparation and budget management provides foster care and early childhood intervention services.
