Evaluation Systems Personnel

History

In 1987 my company was established to evaluate customer service and sales skills. We also provided training classes to improve customer presentations and sales skills at the corporate level. In almost every case we determined that employees were severely lacking on their presentations, mainly because they lacked public speaking skills. As a consequence we began providing talks on 'how to improve public speaking.
