HistoryI have worked as an Occupational Therapist and Human Factors/Ergonomist Researcher for a full U.S. Army career, and as a Research Scientist after my active duty time. Always interested in helping others, and helping them help themselves, I conducted research on Alternative Healing Modalities. That led to my beginning to practice some of the modalities myself, after learning about them for research purposes. This is a fun and interesting way to impact others health, as well as your own health. For some, it can be life-changing.SpecialtiesI believe we can influence our own health and improve our resilience, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase our performance through what we do, and I'm here to help you do just that. I offer classes in Eden Energy Medicine and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I also offer interventions through Eden Energy Medicine and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, tapping).
