Escapees RV Club

Escapees is a travel club for recreational vehicle enthusiasts. Founded in 1978, it has grown to more than 34,000 members in 50 chapters around the country. Members receive parking discounts at various parks, club associations and the club s bi-monthly travel magazine. The name Escapees was chosen because it signifies escaping from the conventional lifestyle to a more adventurous one. The club owns and operates nearly 20 parks and hosts two festivals each year called Escapades that draw up to 2,500 members each time. Escapees is headquartered in Livingston, Texas, where its original Rainbow Park was opened. The company has more than 150 permanent employees as well as thousands of volunteers.
