This is a new gym that opened up this year. Super awesome place that has a direction for whatever type of training you're looking for. Corporate gyms just want bodies to pay their monthly fees....

Formerly Metroflex Gym - Houston, the owner has partnered with other like-minded owners to improve all aspects of how the gym operates. The equipment is upgraded and the member base is still great to be around.

This is a great gym for newcomers looking to improve their fitness. It's also great for experienced lifters looking to set new PRs and move some weight. Powerlifting and strongman friendly.
